Above and beyond service
I came in with a defective part. Paperwork wise it looked like it was out of warranty but further review it was. The team at Timms called Harley Davidson to resolve the issue and after much trying the GM came to me and informed me the replacement was on the counter. He said he was on phone for a while with Harley Davidson and they disconnected him. He thanked me for my patience and said it was long enough. This could have ended up differently with Timms just saying sorry its Harley Davidsons policy. I explained out of frustration I would still have feel it was Timms because thats who I dealt with. The GM said he knew that.
With all that said the GM and staff went above and beyond to insure customer satisfaction was achieved. They are a class act. THANK YOU.

I broke down about 21 miles away from the dealership they came and got me. The service department tried to fix my bike but couldnt because parts had to be ordered and I was stuck out on the road without a ride. The sales staff did not pressure me to get a new one it was my decision and they were very helpful. It took some time to get my credit unlocked and they were very patient and understanding. The store closed at 600pm but they stayed until 800pm to make sure I was taken care of I purchased a 2024 Road Glide and I got a good deal. I would like to thank the entire staff they were very friendly and helpful

Amazing experience
We bought a gorgeous Soft Tail Deluxe and love it! The salesman was Bobby Looney. He was so nice, courteous and professional. He absolutely made our experience amazing. I cant even express how unbelievably amazing Bobby is. The girls in apparel, the finance manager and sales manager were also so kind and helpful. We have never been treated so well from a dealership in our lives. We would recommend anyone looking for a Harley, parts or clothing to go to Timms Harley Davidson in Anderson South Carolina!!!
