I broke down about 21 miles away from the dealership they came and got me. The service department tried to fix my bike but couldnt because parts had to be ordered and I was stuck out on the road without a ride. The sales staff did not pressure me to get a new one it was my decision and they were very helpful. It took some time to get my credit unlocked and they were very patient and understanding. The store closed at 600pm but they stayed until 800pm to make sure I was taken care of I purchased a 2024 Road Glide and I got a good deal. I would like to thank the entire staff they were very friendly and helpful

I came in with a defective part. Paperwork wise it looked like it was out of warranty but further review it was. The team at Timms called Harley Davidson to resolve the issue and after much trying the GM came to me and informed me the replacement was on the counter. He said he was on phone for a while with Harley Davidson and they disconnected him. He thanked me for my patience and said it was long enough. This could have ended up differently with Timms just saying sorry its Harley Davidsons policy. I explained out of frustration I would still have feel it was Timms because thats who I dealt with. The GM said he knew that.

I can't say enough good things about my experience with Timms. I was in the market for a new bike. I went to another place a lot closer to my home that I won't mention & was really aggravated there. Making a major purchase like this, the buyer needs a little privacy & space to let their mind think about it. They shouldn't be bombarded or harrassed while make a decision. Timms allowed me that privilege. No one bothered me. No one pressured me. They allowed me to look & take my time. And when the moment was right, we took a test drive. I wanted the bike so we started our negotiations. Couldn't have gone any better or easier. They met my needs & theirs too. That's how great business is done & that's how you get repeat customers. When it was time to do the business end of it, Stacie was a total class act. She gave great advice, she listened, & answered every question I had. She made me feel like I was important to the TImms family. Stump was a great salesman too. Can't say enough good about him. Not a single negative word came out of his mouth. He was super respectful to me through the whole process. Not once did a single swear word come out of his mouth unlike somewhere else I went. Chad in parts is a superstar as well. I had to have a few conversations with him during & after the purchase. He has a great, positive attitude & you can tell he loves what he does. Casey was an all star too. Super friendly & awfully helpful. They all deserve to be making more money than they already do. For any needs I have in the future, I'll drive the extra 30 miles just to give Timms my business. They certainly earned it.

I purchased a 2022 Streetglide and the Staff at Tims in Augusta go above and beyond to make to help the customer. When you walk into the dealership you are not bombarded by sales people. They simply ask you if you need any help and if you tell them you are just looking they are perfectly fine with that. They dont follow you around. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone looking.

I was riding from Fayetteville, NC to Montgomery, AL and while riding in Agusta, GA I was getting a clunking noise on scoot. Just had tires installed last week and rear axle was not tightened to specs. Mechanic test rode in parking lot and identified problem and fixed. Didnt get charged for tightening up rear axle and was back on road! TJ at the counter quickly checked to see if a mechanic could look at for me. I greatly appreciate top notch customer service. From Kim in sales to Trevor in finance and Cody the GM, even Elmo the guy who took me on my wild test ride, all were tremendous!! I was on a road trip from NC to Arizona when I encountered a maintenance issue. I arrived late in the afternoon, the service department Hank, Beefy and Kevin immediately took my bike in and gave me a diagnosis of the problem. Unfortunately the problem wouldn't be fixed until the next day. I was given a ride to the closest hotel and as promised my bike was finished the next afternoon. Bottom line this is one of the best dealerships I have ever been to when it comes to hospitality and service.

I have purchased 3 brand new Harley's from Timm's. A new Vrod Nightrod Special back in 2008, 2011 Harley Ultra Limited in 2011 and a new Fatboy 114 in 2018. Rocky and his staff have been great, they treat you like family and always have time to just talk bikes. Rob in service is great to deal with and Robin and Buddy in parts are first class. You can't help but love Robin! Always like talking bikes with Casey, who I have known for some time as well. Dealing with a dealership that has been family owned for decades does make a difference.

My customer journey at Timms Harley-Davidson Of Anderson began with a dream. A dream that I decided to pursue to fruition. I had a long history of riding all kinds of motorcycles on road and off. One thing that I had never had was a Harley-Davidson big twin.
When I went into the Timms Harley-Davidson dealership in Anderson, South Carolina (I live in Greenville) the first employee I met was Casey. I was straight with him. I told him I was over a year away from buying, but wanted more information about the bikes. My intent on a delayed purchase did not deter him from answering all of my questions, and playing a key role in helping me to narrow down the bike of my dreams. To shorten a long story, that bike turned out to be the 2020 LowRider S in Black.
Due to a series of fortuitous events, partially stemming from tragedy as some events of this nature inevitably do, I found myself able to purchase my dream bike sooner than I thought.
When I was ready to pull the trigger Travis stepped in. When I went to the store on January 9th, 2020 he was my guide in the customer journey. It seemed surreal to me, as I'm sure it does to others when someone is guiding you through a process where you're constantly pinching yourself to determine if it's reality, or just a dream. I had been having this dream for months after all. My heart raced.
The first person Travis introduced me to was Nicole. She in turn introduced me to Stephanie and Heidi, both of whom I had met before. The first time I went into the dealership, Heidi gave me my military veterans T-shirt. She even gave me one to send to a dear friend who is a retired Colonel. Heidi's kindness and generosity helped to kindle a strong loyalty to Timms Harley-Davidson.
A couple of months later I went in and Stephanie helped me to pick out five Timms Harley-Davidson T-shirts. I also bought a couple of pairs of genuine Harley-Davidson jeans.
After my visit to the motor clothes department, I was introduced to the parts department. Great folks. I loved the way they understood that I wanted a bone stock big twin. I give them great credit for not trying to talk me into modifications. What this dealership didn't do became just as important as what they did do. They truly respect what the customer wants.
My next stop with my tour guide, Travis, was to the service department. Those guys were amazing. Their experience and knowledge were second to none. Travis took me on a great test ride. I loved the torque, handling, and power of the LowRider S. He is a fine ride Captain. He kept me in his rear view mirror to make sure I was okay, and enjoying the ride.
It was then time to meet with Erica. She explained, and showed real examples, of the benefits of the extended warranty. It is also an enhanced warranty. To my surprise it was much more affordable than similar car warranties. I opted for the three year/unlimited mileage plan. I'll admit, I'm not big on "extended warranties" on things; however, the way she explained the benefits, it was too hard to pass up. She also fixed me up with my leather jacket, leather vest, boots, and an indoor/outdoor bike cover. The bike will be staying in my brothers "man cave" between adventures, but I wanted it as protected and pampered as possible, after all this is my dream bike. When I rode the bike home to Greenville, before riding it to my brothers place in Anderson to it's "temperature controlled storage" I was really glad I had those motor clothes. Even in January I was able to enjoy the ride in comfort.
Finally, it was time to meet with Kevin. He is an amazing mechanic who spent at least thirty-minutes of his very valuable time going over the features of the bike.
Update: As you can see in the posted photos, I've added a Tallboy saddle, and some passenger pegs. I also rented a storage building two miles from my condo so I can keep the bike close and convenient when the urge to ride hits me.
I recently got my 1000 mile service on the bike. It's running great.

Recently I had left a bad review for Timm's which for me was unfathomable as I have done business there for years and bought many many Harleys. I had a very bad experience the first week of February but Rocky stepped in and has definitely rectified the situation, made things right, and earned my business back. He has always been and continues to be the best Harley Davidson dealer in the U.S. and I can't say enough about how Rocky handled my situation. I am as loyal as it gets and will continue to be loyal to Timm's.

I was really impressed with our experience a couple weeks before Christmas. Our 9 year old has a budding obsession for everything Harley. He loves riding with his Dad. We visited Timms to look for some Christmas gifts and he had a fresh crisp 50 dollar bill burning a hole in his pocket. He was almost bursting with excitement to buy all the things. He had a hat in hand and wondered off to look at the wallets. When I found him there was a sweet girl helping him get one out to see if he had enough money to get both. She took him to the register to ring his things up to see if he had enough money to buy the things he wanted. She didn't seem bothered at all and had the patience to help our kiddo and that meant so much me! Incredible customer service!

I've officially decided Timms is my favorite Harley shop, especially over HDOG. I've had several encounters there from Christmas until now that I wanted to share. I went there for Christmas shopping And my son who is 9 wanted to get shoes. The staff helped him find just the pair and fit and helped him with making sure he didnt go over budget ( he wanted to use his Christmas money) and he loved the shoes and staff. I also went with my friend David while he bought a street glide at a hell of a deal and from the sales staff making sure he got just what he wanted and Erika in the financial dept bending over backwards to getting everything where he wanted it and the service department giving him a well guided tutorial and rundown on his new bike and the merch staff helping him find the right gear to get on the road ASAP was all more than you could hope for, they really do treat you like a family member. I feel They have the best and most up to date merch. Ive bought some gear there in the past day or two and Nicole and Heidi always make you feel so welcome and truly care and want to make sure youre getting the right fit and that youre gonna be happy with everything, which is a breath of fresh air considering at HDOG I feel like they dont even wanna make eye contact, much less, help me find what Im looking for. Nicole went above and behind helping me find the best deals and best fits for me (my body size and height and shape are hard to shop for so this was super helpful). So basically for ANY of your Harley needs I suggest becoming part of the Timms family.

NEW CUSTOMER... I called Timm's because I needed a part several weeks ago and was greeted by a cheerful employee who directed my call to the parts counter. Buddy answered, introduced himself and he knew exactly what I was looking for even though I had no part number. He had it in stock and I went down the next day.
More cheerful greetings and helpful people when I arrived just after opening. Buddy had my part at the counter.
I felt good about the experience and shopped a while for a road trip my wife and I were taking to Gatlinburg in a few days.
I called back the next week and spoke to Wes in service. He helped line me up with a 15K service and new tires that I needed... I got more cheerful greetings and saw a clean organized workplace with knowledge people at the service drop off.
I left there feeling confident about where this was heading so I called Buddy back and talked through some improvements to my motorcycle.
A few days later at exactly the time I was promised I got my bike back for exactly the discounted price of parts and labor I had been quoted. The work was excellent, the recommended modifications had the desired effect and I could not be happier.
I regret not coming to see these folks years ago.
